Dalyan Turtle Beach & Mud Baths

Turtle beach 7 km long,white sandy beach is the last breeding place of the giant loggerhead Caretta Caretta sea turtles. The beach is a sand bank seperating the sea and lake. Maybe the only beach you can swim in shallow sea water on one side and swim in fresh water of the lake on the other side.

You will be fascinated with the ancient Lycian king tombs that are carved in to rock face in the 4th century BC. Further up, there are natural mud and sulphur baths. Just follow the smell to find it !! Yes it may smell bad but it is very medicinal for your body and skin. It is said that you get five years younger after the bath.

Time	Description
08:30	Pick-up from your hotel.
09:00	Departure from Marmaris. 70 minute drive to Koycegiz village.
10:15	Arrival to Koycegiz and transfer to river boats and on the way to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake. The lake district is one of the most beautiful national parks in the region.
11:00	Visit the mud bath (1 hour free time). You will feel 5 years younger after the mud bath. There is also thermal pool. You will enjoy swimming in hot springs. Your muscles will relax.
12:00	Lunch on the boat. (its included in the price)
13:00	Visit the ancient Rock Tombs. We will stop over for 20 minutes to take the pictures. Absolutely fascinating… dating back to the 4th century BC.
14:00	Arrival to the beach where you will have 2 hours free time.
16:00	Departure from the beach to Dalyan village. A 40 minute boat ride on the river.
17:00	Getting on the bus and driving back to Marmaris.
19:00	Arrival to Marmaris and drop off to your hotel.
