Cleopatra island is a half an hour drive from Marmaris followed by a pleasant 15 minute boat trip.

Legend has it, the special white sands were brought over from Egypt to the island as a token of Anthony’s love for Cleopatra.

This is one of those rare places in Turkey where you will find white silky sands and crystal clear aqua marine waters.

Definitely a must see place for nature lovers.
